SESSIONS NOT CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE ASSESSMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR AT THE RATE OF THE THERAPIST CONCERNED. Notification of cancellation of the full assessment must be received by us at least 3 days before the assessment is due to commence. The Bellavista Board of Governors regrets to inform you that due to more stringent requirements, some medical aids may reject claims arising from assessments. Therefore Bellavista Assessment and Training Unit cannot guarantee a full refund from your medical aid due to the regulations applying to assessments.
